World’s Biggest Girl Band to Headline Stadiums Across the UK

Pop superstars Little Mix are taking their unmissable live show on the road next year with their 21-date Summer 2020 tour.
The world’s biggest girl band will perform to fans across England, Scotland and Wales including a show at Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Tuesday July 21.

The tour will see Little Mix perform some of their greatest hits including Woman Like Me, Touch, Shout Out to My Ex, Black Magic and Wings.
This is the second time Little Mix have headlined Scarborough OAT – the UK’s largest outdoor arena – following their sold-out show in 2017.
Speaking about the Summer 2020 Tour, the group said: “Performing live is our favourite thing to do as a band, we love it.
“Our last Summer tour was one of our favourites ever, so we can’t wait for some more brilliant outdoor shows next year. We want everyone to come party with us in the sunshine!”
Little Mix have firmly established their reputation as one of the most phenomenal groups around. Alongside massive tours of Europe, Australia, Japan and the US, the group have just completed their mammoth LM5 Arena Tour which took in cities across Europe, the UK and Ireland including an amazing five sold out dates at London’s O2 Arena.
Since 2011, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall have not only established themselves as one of British pop’s brightest acts, but as a global pop phenomenon.
They have fully cemented their status as the world’s biggest girl band, with the quartet asserting dominance in the charts album after album.
They have sold more than 50 million records worldwide, collected more than 17 million Spotify listeners, received more than three billion Youtube views, and collated 12 billion streams worldwide. Record sales have seen them notch up a total of four UK No.1 singles, four platinum-selling albums and nine platinum selling singles, surpassing a record previously held by the Spice Girls. Their 2016 album Glory Days was the biggest selling album by a female group this millennium in the UK, alongside being named the longest-reigning Top 40 album for a girl group ever.
At least 75p from every ticket sale will be donated to Nordoff Robbins* - a charity that uses the power of music therapy to enrich the lives of people affected by life limiting illness, isolation or disability.

‘Glory Days’, led by the #1 single ‘Shout Out To My Ex’, is the biggest selling album by a female group this Millennium. Little Mix signed to Syco records upon winning the X Factor in 2011 and shot straight to No.1 in the UK with their debut single ‘Cannonball’. The girls’ second single ‘Wings’ went straight in at No. 1 after its release in August 2012, with their debut album ‘DNA’ (released in Nov 2012) charting at No. 3 in the UK album chart. ‘DNA’ debuted at No.4 in the US Billboard Chart, making it the highest Billboard entry chart position for a debut album by a British girl-group. Their highly anticipated third album, ‘Get Weird’, was released in November 2015. Little Mix’s first single from the new album, ‘Black Magic’, went straight to No. 1 in the UK charts and remained at the No.1 spot for 3 weeks, reaching Platinum sales.
Little Mix completed 34 sold out dates on the Get Weird Arena tour in the UK & Ireland – the biggest UK arena tour of the 2016. They then went on to play Australia, South East Asia and Europe throughout summer 2016 as well as performing at Capital Summertime ball and on the main stage at V Festival.
In October 2016, Little Mix announced their fourth studio album ‘Glory Days’ which hit the no 1 spot for 5 weeks, achieved over 1 million sales, and reached Triple Platinum status in the UK. Effervescent lead single ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ shot straight to Number 1 on the iTunes Chart in over 10 countries. Following their stellar performance opening the 2017 BRIT Awards and ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ taking home the BRIT Award for Best British Single, Little Mix delivered a standout performance of their hits ‘Touch’ and ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ at ‘Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in LA, where they picked up the Favourite Global Music Star gong. 2017 also saw Little Mix tour the US with Ariana Grande, along with completing the Summer Shout Out & Glory Days Tours. Little Mix sold over 800,000 tickets in 2017 alone.
2018 saw Little Mix win 3 Global Awards, and release their fifth studio album ‘LM5’, with the hit single ‘Woman Like Me’ featuring global superstar Nicki Minaj became the 13th top ten hit for the group and sold over 1.6 million copies worldwide. They performed the song together with Nicki Minaj at the 2018 European MTV Awards in Bilbao where they also won Best UK & Ireland Act for the third time.
2019 witnessed Little Mix win their second Brit Award – this time for Best British Video for ‘Woman Like Me’, and perform the same song live at the Brits. In March, they also won two Global Awards for Best Group and Best Song. Summer 2019 saw them release a brand new single 'Bounce Back' with new record label RCA, followed by their 4th EMA Award for Best UK & Ireland Act.
In September they kicked off their massive LM5 Arena Tour, which opened in Madrid, taking in cities across Europe, the UK and Ireland, with an amazing FIVE sold out dates at London's O2 Arena. The band also launched their own clothing range with Pretty Little Thing in November.
Little Mix have just announced a brand new TV series for BBC One in 2020, Little Mix The Search. The series, made by ModestTV, will see the band creating bands and becoming mentors to a new wave of talent. The singers who make it into new bands will live together and gain access to Little Mix’s inner circle who have contributed to their phenomenal success, including vocal coaches, song writers, producers and stylists.
